Job summary

INTECH Automation Intelligence is seeking a Lead Metering Control System Engineer to support Wellhead and Skids solutions. The role focuses on custody transfer metering, flow computer configuration, and compliance with global standards.

You will lead FAT/SAT/comissioning, develop URS/FDS, and coordinate with PLC/SCADA interfaces to ensure safe, reliable operation of oil and gas systems.

Qualifications

• Experience with custody transfer/meters and uncertainty calculations.
• Knowledge of API MPMS, AGA, ISO, OIML standards in metering.
• Hands-on configuration of flow computers and related diagnostics.
• Ability to translate requirements into URS, FDS, narratives and test procedures.
• Experience leading FAT, IFAT, SAT, commissioning and start-up.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering and configuration of flow computers and meter runs.
• Apply metering standards in design, implementation, and auditing.
• Configure and validate meter proving systems and reports.
• Troubleshoot flow computer issues including communications and calculations.
• Support system integration with PLCs, SCADA, DCS and third-party systems.
