Job summary

SynerData is seeking a Mason Supervisor to oversee a team of masons in Karachi, ensuring high-quality work and timely project completion. The role requires proven supervisory experience in construction and strong knowledge of masonry techniques and materials.

You will monitor progress, mentor masons, read blueprints, and enforce safety and quality standards on site. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Mason Supervisor or similar role.
• Extensive knowledge of masonry techniques, tools and materials.
• Ability to read blueprints drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards success.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Good physical stamina for working on construction sites.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the work of masons on construction sites.
• Monitor progress and ensure all tasks are completed according to schedule.
• Train and mentor new masons providing guidance and instruction as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Inspect materials and workmanship to maintain quality standards.
• Collaborate with project managers to plan and execute projects effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of materials used, labor hours and project costs.
• Communicate effectively with team members, contractors and clients.
