Job summary

SynerData is seeking a Mason Supervisor to oversee a team of masons in Karachi, ensuring high-quality work and timely project completion. The role requires proven supervisory experience in construction and strong knowledge of masonry techniques and materials.

You will monitor progress, mentor masons, read blueprints, and enforce safety and quality standards on site. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Mason Supervisor or similar role.
• Extensive knowledge of masonry techniques, tools and materials.
• Ability to read blueprints drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards success.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Good physical stamina for working on construction sites.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training is a plus.

Salary The salary for this position is 1700$ per month
