Job summary

Edversity in Islamabad is seeking a Lead Instructor to own and lead its Forward Deploying AI Engineer program. You will head the program's academic delivery and set its technical direction, guiding instructors and teaching assistants to prepare students for client-facing AI engineering roles.

The role requires hands-on teaching of AI engineering, deployment, and practical LLM applications, with a focus on real-world projects and rigorous evaluation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/AI or related field.
• 3+ years in AI/ML engineering or forward deployed roles.
• 1+ years of teaching, training, or team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end curriculum for the program, including outcomes and assessments.
• Lead and evaluate instructors and teaching assistants to ensure quality.
• Deliver in-person lectures, labs, and workshops on AI engineering topics.
• Coach students on consulting, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Stay current with AI developments and update course content.
