Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in CS/AI or related field.
- 3+ years in AI/ML/engineering roles shipping AI/LLM products.
- 1+ years teaching, training, or team leadership.
- Experience deploying AI apps to cloud environments.
- Excellent English and Urdu communication.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end curriculum for the Forward Deploying AI Engineer program.
- Lead and evaluate instructors and TAs; set teaching standards.
- Collaborate with management and industry partners to align with employer needs.
- Report on student performance and program improvements to leadership.
- Deliver in-person lectures, labs and workshops on AI engineering topics.
- Supervise capstone projects and deploy production-ready AI solutions.
- Coach students on consulting and client-facing communication.
