We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist to identify, connect with, and generate qualified leads using LinkedIn. The ideal candidate should be familiar with LinkedIn outreach strategies and tools to build a steady pipeline of B2B leads.

• Use LinkedIn to identify, research, and connect with potential clients or decision-makers based on target criteria.
• Send personalized connection requests and messages to initiate conversations.
• Manage and optimize LinkedIn lead generation campaigns.
• Maintain and organize lead data in spreadsheets or CRM systems.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to align on target audience and messaging.
• Follow up with leads and schedule meetings or hand off warm leads to the sales team.
• Stay updated with LinkedIn algorithm changes and best practices for outreach.
• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools to enhance prospecting efforts.

Also Required:
