Responsibilities

• Prospect Research & Data Mining: Conduct target research to identify, verify, and extract contact details of key decision-makers across target industries.
• Database Management: Build, organize, and maintain accurate lead databases and prospect lists using tools like LinkedIn, web databases, and spreadsheets.
• Outbound Outreach: Assist with executing targeted cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns using personalized sequences.
• Lead Qualification: Engage with potential prospects, screen inquiries, and qualify leads before passing them to the sales team.
• Campaign Tracking: Track and report on key campaign metrics including outreach volume, open/reply rates, and lead conversion rates.
• Strategy Experimentation: Experiment with new outreach templates, search filters, and research methodologies to optimize lead quality.
