Beyond Packaging is looking for a proactive and results-oriented Lead Generator and Customer Acquisition Specialist to help grow our client base in the US market. This role is for someone who thrives in a traditional sales environment, actively reaching out to potential clients via phone, email, and online research. The ideal candidate is skilled in finding leads independently and converting them into loyal customers for our custom box packaging services.

Job Specification:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation: Identify and research potential businesses across the US with packaging needs through online platforms, directories, and databases.
  2. Cold Calling & Outreach: Initiate calls with businesses to pitch our custom box packaging services, building interest and rapport.
  3. Relationship Building: Establish strong, long-term relationships with potential clients by providing solutions that align with their packaging requirements.
  4. Pipeline Management: Track and manage leads and follow-ups using a CRM system, ensuring consistent communication and follow-through until orders are secured.
  5. Order Acquisition: Drive efforts to close deals and secure packaging orders by understanding customer needs and conveying the value of our offerings.
  6. Market Research: Stay updated on packaging trends and competitor offerings to better position Green Custom Boxes within the market.

Qualifications:

  1. Exceptional native verbal and written American English communication skills, with a persuasive and confident phone manner.
  2. Proven experience of at least 3–5 years in outbound sales, cold calling, or lead generation, preferably within the packaging, manufacturing, or B2B sales sector.
  3. Strong research skills with the ability to find and qualify leads independently.
  4. Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple leads and follow-ups effectively.
  5. Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment with a focus on results.
  6. Impeccable experience in sales call centers.
  7. Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles.
  8. Ability to close sales.
