CoverGo, the insurtech market leader, seeks a Lead Full Stack Engineer to guide design, implementation, and maintenance of our SaaS platform. You will provide technical direction across front-end and back-end, ensuring scalable, efficient software and best coding practices.

You will mentor junior developers, drive innovation, and collaborate with product, design, and engineering to deliver a seamless user experience for health, life, and P&C insurance solutions.

Formación

• 8+ years of Full Stack engineering experience on complex SaaS applications.
• At least 2 years in a lead/manager role.
• Strong backend with .NET Core, C#, GraphQL, MongoDB, Docker.
• Frontend skills with Javascript, Vue.js and/or React.js.
• Cloud familiarity (AWS, Azure or GCP) for scalable apps.
• Experience with microservices and/or clean architecture.
• TDD and comprehensive testing (unit/integration/functional).
• DDD principles for modular, domain-aligned design.
• Web security best practices and regulatory compliance.
• Performance optimization for high-traffic apps.
• Container tech and cloud infra understanding.
• Agile, collaborative cross-functional work.
• Strong problem-solving, proactive debugging.
• Excellent communication across diverse teams.
• Keen to stay updated with latest tech trends.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of insurance enterprise software solutions.
• Provide technical direction to the team on frontend and backend.</br>Ensure scalable, efficient software through architectural guidance.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering for cohesive, high-quality solutions.
• Optimize platform performance for large datasets and high user traffic.
• Conduct and lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and promote best practices.
• Investigate and fix bugs to uphold platform reliability.
• Ensure security and regulatory compliance in web applications.
• Stay updated on new technologies and guide the team accordingly.
• Design scalable, flexible platform architecture for growth.
• Mentor junior developers and foster team growth and contribution.
