Job summary

TenX is seeking a Solution Architect - Data Analytics to design and implement robust data solutions that enable strategic decision-making. You will translate business needs into scalable architectures across data pipelines, warehouses, and marts, collaborating with stakeholders and IT teams.

Lead and mentor a team of data engineers and analysts while aligning with governance and security standards. You will work on hybrid/multi-cloud environments (Databricks, Snowflake) to optimize performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 7+ years in data warehousing, data engineering, or analytics.
• 3+ years in dimensional data modeling (conceptual/logical/physical).
• Cloud-native tech experience with AWS/Azure/GCP is advantageous.
• Certifications in data architecture/engineering or cloud platforms valued.
• Experience with SDLC for data warehouse projects.
• Proficient in SQL, Python, and data programming.
• Strong data integration, ETL, and modeling expertise.
• Capable of leading and mentoring teams, and communicating well.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate data needs into technical solutions.
• Define data architecture standards, guidelines, and best practices.
• Design enterprise data models, data warehouses, and data marts.
• Develop data governance policies for quality and security.
• Lead hybrid/multi-cloud data strategies across AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Work with data engineers to optimize pipelines and ETL processes.
• Implement data visualization and reporting to support BI.
• Partner with data scientists to deploy analytics solutions.
• Ensure alignment with IT strategy and governance.
