We are a growing Foreign Education Consultants based in Islamabad, Pakistan. We are looking for a reliable, experienced, and passionate Education Counselor to help us grow our team and expand our operations. This is an on-site opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

Student Counseling and Guidance

• Assess students’ academic backgrounds, career aspirations, and financial situations.
• Advise on suitable countries, universities, and programs.
• Explain admission requirements, timelines, and processes.

Country and University Knowledge

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of education systems in countries like the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Ireland, Germany, etc.
• Understand visa policies, work rights, and post-study opportunities.
• Build relationships with foreign universities and institutions.

Application Process

• Help students prepare application documents (SOPs, LORs, resumes, portfolios).
• Guide on filling out application forms.
• Ensure timely submission and follow-ups.

Visa Counseling

• Explain visa processes and requirements.
• Review and verify financial documents.
• Train students for visa interviews.
• Guide students and pre-departure.

Communication and Coordination

• Liaise with universities for admissions and offer letters.
• Coordinate with embassies, visa centers, and legal bodies if required.
• Respond to student and parent queries promptly and clearly.

Marketing and Outreach

• Organize and attend education fairs, seminars, and webinars.
• Promote partner institutions via digital and offline channels.
• Support in development of marketing material and content related to study abroad.

Reporting and Documentation

• Maintain student records and progress tracking.
• Report conversions and pipeline metrics to management.
• Handle CRM or student management software.
