Job summary

Power Cement Ltd. seeks an experienced maintenance professional to manage plant instrumentation and electrical systems. You will install, modify, maintain, and test control equipment, troubleshoot motors, power terminations, and electrical circuits while adhering to safety standards.

Applicants should have a Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation and 5–8 years of cement-industry experience. LOTO practices and proactive communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 to 8 years relevant work experience in the cement industry preferably.
• Install, modify, maintain and test plant instrumentation and control equipment.
• Troubleshoot motors, power termination, control circuits and electrical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Test, calibrate, and troubleshoot instrumentation and electrical systems in the plant.
• Maintain safety standards and participate in LOTO practices.
• Support preventive maintenance and continuous improvement efforts.

Job description

• Strong supervisory, troubleshooting, instrumentation, electrical, preventive maintenance, communication, and teamwork skills. Knowledge of PLCs, SCADA/DCS, electrical controls, and industrial safety is advantageous.
• Use multimeters, meggers, phase, IR testing equipment, data analyzers, logic test equipment, and other test equipment for testing, troubleshooting, and calibration.
• Participate in plant safety, health, and environmental programs and ensure compliance with company safety standards, including LOTO practices.
