Job summary

Bank of Punjab is seeking a Manager Audit Compliance Validation in Lahore to oversee the validation and closure of audit findings and monitor follow-ups across Operational, Management, and Risk Assets reviews. The role requires coordinating with internal teams, maintaining audit MIS, and drafting findings for reports.

The candidate should have CA/CIA/ACCA/ACMA or MBA/M.Com/MSc Accounting/Finance credentials with 4–7 years of banking or auditing experience.

Qualifications

• Qualified/ finalist in CA, CIA, ACCA, ACMA, MBA, M.Com, MSc Accounting/Finance or an equivalent HEC-recognized degree.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise compliance validation and closure of audit findings.
• Follow up on compliance status of Operational Audit, Management Audit, Risk Assets Review and IS reports.
• Monitor compliance with audit findings and recommendations and report status to BAC.
• Maintain master data/MIS of audit findings, including ageing and timelines.
• Conduct validation assignments related to SBP compliance, subsidy claims and certificates.
• Ensure audit/review assignments are completed accurately and on time.
• Perform sample selection for audit assignments.
• Maintain proper assignment files and documentation.
• Draft audit findings for reports.
• Perform other duties assigned by line management.
