ACE Properties is seeking a Land Surveyor for the Construction Department in Sarai Alamgir – Kharian. You will perform land, topographical, and engineering surveys, set out roads and utilities, verify levels, and prepare as-built documentation.

Duty includes establishing survey controls, coordinates, and benchmarks, and coordinating with civil engineering and planning teams. Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or Surveying is required, with 3–4 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or related field.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in land surveying or infrastructure projects.
• Experience with AutoCAD/Civil 3D and modern surveying equipment.

Responsabilités

• Conduct land, topographical, and engineering surveys using Total Stations, GPS/GNSS, auto levels, and related equipment.
• Set out road alignments, centerlines, grades, and coordinates for infrastructure works.
• Establish benchmarks, reference points, and survey controls per drawings and project needs.
• Prepare survey maps, level sheets, field books, and as-built drawings.
• Coordinate with design and project teams on survey requirements and discrepancies.
