Job summary

EuroTech in Multan is seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to measure and map the Earth’s surface, determine property boundaries and topography for construction projects. You will conduct field surveys with GPS, total stations, EDMs and digital levels; analyze data and prepare maps, charts and reports; and collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure data accuracy.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Surveying, a minimum of 2 years’ experience, proficiency with surveying equipment and CAD

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor.
Proficiency with surveying equipment such as total stations and GPS.
Knowledge of land surveying principles, practices, and techniques.
Familiarity with AutoCAD or other CAD software.
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

Conduct field surveys using GPS, total stations, electronic distance-measuring devices and digital levels.
Analyzing survey data and preparing maps, charts, and reports.
Interpreting legal documents and land records to determine property boundaries.
Collaborating with engineers, architects and other professionals to ensure accuracy of survey data.
Managing survey crews and delegating tasks as needed.
Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations while conducting surveys.
Maintaining accurate records of survey data and producing detailed reports as needed.
