Job summary

Land Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Karachi. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and preparing detailed maps and reports for various construction projects. This is a contract position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities

• Conduct surveys using specialized equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels
• Establish reference points and markers on construction sites
• Collect data on land features, boundaries, and elevations
• Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create maps and reports
• Analyze data and prepare accurate measurements and calculations
• Communicate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure accuracy of surveying data
• Adhere to safety regulations at all times

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor or related role
• Bachelor's degree in surveying or a related field preferred
• Strong knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, and equipment
• Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant technology
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Valid biometric passport
