Job summary

PMCL-JAZZ is seeking a Commercial Experience Executive to join our Lahore-based Experience Center. You will greet walk-ins, guide customers, and manage queries while leveraging CRM systems to enhance service quality and retention.

You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of customer facilitation, driving upsell opportunities, and coordinating with stakeholders to meet monthly KPIs in a fast-paced telecom environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of telecom products and customer services.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and emails.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes, guides and manages walk-ins at the experience center.
• Develops understanding of CRM system and linked portals.
• Handles customer queries and enhances customer experience.
• Maintains high quality standards in customer facilitation.
• Drives product upsell from the experience center.
• Works to reduce wait/service times and improve CX.
• Ensures timely resolution of complaints and customer retention.
• Coordinates with stakeholders for issue resolution and KPIs.
