Job summary

JazzWorld in Lahore is seeking an Expert in Logistics & Telecom to manage site acquisition, lease matters, power coordination, and deployment across 2G/4G/5G networks. You will work with TowerCos, vendors, and government authorities to ensure timely site readiness and cost control.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of Telecom Logistics experience, strong Excel/Power BI skills, and excellent stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Telecom, Business Admin, Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant telecom logistics, CP, site acquisition and deployment experience.
• Experience with 2G/4G/5G deployments, RAN/MW, and power systems.
• Strong Excel, data visualization and AI-assisted data analysis skills.

• Coordinate CP/power issues, meter installation and maintenance for network sites.
• Oversee site acquisition for NRO/USF/Micro sites and coordinate with landlords and TowerCos.

What is Expert Logistics & Telecom?

Responsible for managing Telecom Logistics operations, Commercial Power (CP), Site Acquisition, Lease & Authority matters, Telco Network Deployment, site access and operational support to ensure smooth and uninterrupted network operations, while also managing timely execution of network rollout and upgrade projects.

What does Expert Logistics & Telecom do?

1. Lease Agreements, Renewals & NOCs

• Manage new lease agreements, renewals, FOC/lease documentation and related commercial matters.
• Acquire NOCs, permissions and access approvals from government, private and other relevant authorities/stakeholders.
• Manage OMO sharing agreements with authorities, housing societies and other organizations.

2. Electricity, Commercial Power (CP) & Rental Payments

• Manage electricity bills payment, bill corrections, sub-meter payments and rental payments for network sites.
• Coordinate CP meter installation, T-Prime and power-related issues at Micro and Core locations.
• Coordinate annual inspection and maintenance of Core/MGW locations and associated power infrastructure.
• Ensure timely processing, follow-up and resolution of billing, payment and critical CP/power-related issues affecting network operations.
• Identify and take corrective measures against electricity theft, unauthorized consumption, excessive billing and other avoidable costs.
• Maintain accurate records of electricity, CP and rental payments.

3. Site Acquisition, NRO & USF

• Manage site acquisition for NRO, USF and Micro/IBS sites, including difficult, slow-moving and hard-to-acquire locations.
• Visit challenging sites, negotiate with landlords/stakeholders and also support TowerCo/B2S partners in making sites deployable.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely site readiness.

4. Site Access & Operational Support

• Manage access requirements for Micro/IBS, MGW and other network sites, including rooftops, shops and other challenging locations.
• Acquire access passes and permissions for new installations, maintenance, renovations and network upgrades.
• Provide 24/7 coordination and support for critical site access, CP/power and operational issues when required.

5. Litigation & Final Settlements

• Coordinate site-related litigation, legal notices and court matters with relevant internal/external stakeholders.
• Coordinate and ensure closure of final settlements and outstanding commercial/site-related cases.

6. Telco Network Deployment

• Manage assigned deployment and upgrade activities across multi-technology cellular networks, including RAN, MW and DC Power, covering 2G, 4G, 5G and other network technologies as required.
• Coordinate with TowerCos, vendors, contractors and internal teams for deployment planning, site readiness, execution and resolution of deployment-related issues.
• Monitor deployment progress and ensure timely completion of assigned rollout and upgrade activities.

7. DB Management, Reporting & Data Analytics

• Maintain and update site databases and ensure accuracy of Logistics and Deployment-related records.
• Prepare and maintain Excel-based trackers, dashboards and management reports, leveraging AI tools where appropriate for data analysis, reporting and process improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecom, Business Administration, Management, LLB or a related field.
• Min. 3–5 years of relevant experience in Telecom Logistics, Commercial Power (CP), Site Acquisition, Lease Management and/or Telco Network Deployment, with proven experience in a telecom/mobile network environment.
• Expertise in2G, 4G, 5G technologies, RAN/MW deployment, power systems, IBS, capacity upgrades, and NRO.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency inOffice 365 tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)and data visualization tools like Power BI.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of telecom infrastructure, site operations and network deployment.
• Strong site acquisition, negotiation and commercial dealing skills.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, dashboards, data management and use of AI tools for data analysis, reporting and process automation.
• Strong interpersonal, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in dealing with government, private and other relevant authorities/stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including professional email writing.
• Strong problem-solving, follow-up and ownership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities and deliver results within defined timelines.
