Job summary

Jazz is seeking a Commercial Experience Executive in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan to welcome and guide walk-ins, resolve queries, and ensure high service standards at the Experience Center. You will develop CRM familiarity, manage customer interactions, upsell products, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to meet KPIs while staying updated on policies and promotions.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to use CRM systems and MS Office.
• Willingness to learn about telecom products.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes, guides and manages walk-ins at the Experience Center.
• Handles customer queries and resolves issues to improve experience.
• Maintains high quality standards for customer facilitation.
• Upsells products at the Experience Center.
• Achieves monthly KPIs for adherence, service and sales.
• Keeps updated on policies, promotions, products and services.
• Coordinates with stakeholders for issue resolution.
• Maintains customer retention and churn management.
