Responsibilities

• Set up and configure computer hardware and software to ensure smooth lab operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues involving devices, applications, and lab equipment promptly.
• Assist students and faculty with login difficulties, software usage guidance, and printing requests.
• Monitor lab activities to enforce lab usage policies and maintain an orderly environment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized laboratory area that promotes efficient work and study conditions.
• Manage and track lab inventory, ensuring adequate supplies and equipment availability.
• Document and maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and lab usage statistics to support operational improvements.
• Collaborate with university officials to communicate technical updates and changes impacting lab systems and procedures.
