Job summary

Ceva Animal Health is seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager (Poultry Vaccines) to lead strategic poultry accounts in Pakistan. You will drive sales growth, strengthen customer relationships, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure targets are met.

The role requires 7+ years in poultry vaccines or animal health, strong negotiation and communication skills, and willingness to travel across Pakistan. A veterinary background with MBA is advantageous and a competitive package awaits the right

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Science (DVM) / Animal Science / Poultry Science.
• MBA or relevant field will be an advantage.
• 7+ years of experience in poultry vaccines / animal health / poultry industry.
• Proven track record in key account management or B2B sales.
• Strong network within poultry integrators and farms is preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong business acumen and analytical thinking.
• Ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
• Result-oriented with strong sales drive.
• Ability to travel frequently across Pakistan.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans for key poultry accounts.
• Manage relationships with major poultry integrators, farms and the distributor (Marush).
• Achieve sales targets and business objectives for poultry vaccines and related products.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base.
• Provide technical and commercial support to clients in collaboration with technical teams.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Conduct regular field visits, product presentations, and training programs.
• Ensure timely collection of payments from distributor.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and account plans.
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, AVS and VSE team).
