Job summary

leading-edge in Karachi seeks a Manager to lead digital lending and product development within the banking sector. You will own the product lifecycle, coordinate with compliance and the Shariah Board, and drive embedded finance initiatives while ensuring regulatory alignment.

The role requires 10+ years in digital lending and product management, with strong knowledge of both conventional and Islamic banking products and SBP/KYC/AML practices. Onsite/remote work options in Karachi.

Qualifications

Experience leading digital lending and product management in banking, with exposure to embedded finance.
Understanding of Shariah-compliant product structures and governance boards.
Familiarity with SBP regulatory environment and KYC/AML controls.

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle for digital lending and investment products from origination to settlement.
Coordinate with business, technology, compliance and Shariah Board for approvals and integrations.
Translate requirements into BRDs, FSDs, and product manuals for clear governance.
Design digital onboarding workflows and operations for lending platforms.
Lead UAT and deployment of digital financing journeys across platforms.
Derive data-driven insights to improve product performance and UX.
Engage regulators and external partners to ensure governance and compliance.
Identify market gaps; drive research to inform strategy and roadmap.
Present vision and progress updates to senior management and stakeholders.
