Job summary

Recruitment World Offical is seeking a creative Fashion & Textile Designer for our Islamabad team. This full-time, onsite role focuses on developing innovative concepts for upcoming seasonal collections, aligned with current market trends and the brand’s aesthetic.

Responsibilities include trend research, mood boards, fabrics and prints, and collaboration with production to ensure accurate realization of designs. A bachelor’s degree and 3–4 years’ experience with a strong portfolio are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or Textile Design (NCA) mandatory.
• 3–4 years of relevant professional experience in fashion or textile design required.
• Proven experience in women’s clothing or fashion industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of fabrics, textile techniques, embroidery, prints, embellishments, and garment development processes.
• Professional portfolio showcasing fashion or textile design work is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Develop concepts and designs for new and seasonal collections.
• Research current fashion, textile, color, and market trends to inform design decisions.
• Create mood boards, sketches, color palettes, and collection themes reflecting the brand’s identity.
• Select and develop fabrics, prints, embroidery, embellishments, textures, and trims.
• Design textile prints and surface patterns in line with brand aesthetics.
• Collaborate with production and sampling teams to ensure accurate realization of designs.
• Review samples and provide modifications to meet quality and design standards.
• Ensure final products maintain quality, color accuracy, and finishing.
• Contribute creative ideas for new products and collection development.
• Monitor competitor brands and trends to identify new design opportunities.
