IKONIC in Islamabad seeks an Admin & IT Manager to oversee the organization’s administrative and IT functions, ensuring secure, smooth, and efficient operations. This role combines office administration, facilities management, vendor management, IT infrastructure, systems, and technical support to keep employees productive.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask, contributing to overall company success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in a relevant field from a reputed university.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in administrative roles.
• Certification is not mandatory but a related certification is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and administrative tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
• Organize and maintain office inventory, records, files, and documentation systems.
• Handle official correspondence, emails, phone calls, and other administrative communications efficiently.
• Manage petty cash, maintain accurate records, and reconcile expenditures.
• Prepare, document, and process invoices, receipts, purchase orders, and other admin documents.
• Monitor office supplies and coordinate with vendors for timely replenishment.
• Manage and supervise office support staff and coordination of tea/refreshment services.
• Coordinate with drivers regarding employee transportation and official trips.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and service providers including quotations and payments.
• Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of office equipment and coordinate repairs.
