Job summary

SprintSynergy is hiring a Fresh Graduate SQA Engineer to join the on-site team in Sargodha, Punjab. You will start with manual testing of Web and Mobile applications and progressively learn test automation using Playwright and Appium, with AI-assisted drafting of test cases under review by engineers.

You should have a recent Computer Science degree and a passion for QA. The role offers probation with salary progression and a clear career path within the QA team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
• Foundational testing concepts: SDLC/STLC, bug life cycle.
• Basic programming skills to read/write simple code in at least one language.
• Familiar with Web/Mobile architectures, APIs, HTTP requests.
• Interest in AI-assisted testing and critically evaluating AI outputs.

Responsibilities

• Manually test Web and Mobile apps on Android/iOS and major browsers.
• Create clear test cases; perform smoke, functional, and regression testing.
• Execute exploratory testing and identify bugs.
• Write detailed bug reports with steps, screenshots, and re-test fixes.
• Perform API testing using Postman; verify responses and errors.
• Learn Web test automation with Playwright and mobile automation with Appium.
