Job summary

• Assist day-to-day purchasing and procurement activities
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams
• Assist with supplier communication, follow-ups, and order coordination
• Maintain purchasing and supplier information in MS Excel
• Support quality control and quality inspections as needed
• Travel to different locations across Pakistan for supplier visits and inspections
• Report quality issues and supplier concerns
• Assist in documentation and administrative tasks related to purchasing
