Job summary

Protosoft Labs seeks a Junior Project Coordinator to support the Wakalatnaama platform delivery, stakeholder communication, and project administration. The role reports to the Project Manager and supports planning, scheduling, tracking, documentation, and cross-functional coordination to help ensure timely releases and feature updates.

Qualifications

• 1+ year supporting software development or digital product teams.
• Familiar with project tracking tools (MS-Project, Trello, Asana).
• Basic understanding of SDLC and agile ceremonies.
• Strong written and verbal English for status reports, meeting summaries, and stakeholder updates.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and tracking activities and milestones for product releases and feature updates.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication among software engineering, legal advisors, product, and QA teams to ensure timely progress and issue resolution.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including meeting notes, action logs, status reports, and risk registers.
• Monitor task assignments and follow up on deliverables; maintain trackers, calendars, and versioned documentation.
• Maintain and update project boards, backlogs, and sprint artifacts using project tracking tools.
