The British American Tobacco Group is recruiting for a Junior HRBP (IR & Ops) in Jhelum, Pakistan. This role focuses on talent management, IR, and HR operations within a manufacturing setting.

The successful candidate will work with SuccessFactors, manage HR data, and partner with plant leaders to implement HR strategies and drive organizational capability.

Relocation to Jhelum is required, and there is a market-competitive bonus and comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees.

Qualificações

• 2–3 years of HRBP, Talent Management, or Industrial Relations experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with SuccessFactors or ERP and HR data reporting.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willing to relocate to Jhelum and work on-site.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Talent Management processes including performance management, succession planning, learning & development, workforce planning, and employee relations.
• Roll out and coordinate employee engagement and organizational health surveys at the factory.
• Partner with business leaders to implement HR strategies and build organizational capability.
• Assist the Industrial Relations Manager in implementing IR strategy and ensuring labour law compliance.
• Maintain accurate employee records in SuccessFactors and generate HR reports.
• Coordinate talent reviews, internal transfers, and development initiatives with regional HR teams.
• Support HR budgeting and ensure policy compliance.
