Job summary

TapFire is seeking a creative game designer to brainstorm and prototype engaging mechanics for mobile F2P titles. You will balance systems using data, logic, and probability while collaborating closely with artists, developers, and producers to bring designs to life.

You will analyze player behavior, maintain design docs, and contribute fresh ideas for content, levels, and monetization. A strong passion for gaming and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Passion for gaming and regular playing/analysis of mobile games.
• Strong creativity and problem-solving mindset.
• Solid understanding of basic game loops, systems, and player motivation.
• Good mathematical ability - balancing, numbers and probability.
• Clear communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic familiarity with Unity, Unreal, or spreadsheet-based balancing.

Responsibilities
