This is a 2‑month paid internship that can convert to a full-time role upon meeting a written performance bar. Fresh graduates are welcome; you will ship features weekly using modern web tech and AI tooling.

• You have built and deployed something live that others can access now.
• You built it by your own initiative, not just coursework.
• You touched the full stack—auth, database and deployment.
• You have used an LLM API in a project and can explain your code.

Responsibilities

• Build features end to end — schema, API, frontend, deploy.
• Ship AI features with attention to latency and cost.
• Implement authentication, billing, usage metering and admin screens.
• Fix customer problems quickly and own the fix.
• Deliver weekly releases.

6:00 PM – 2:00 AM PKT, Monday to Friday

ABOUT THE ROLE

DevForest builds AI SaaS products for international clients, and we ship every week. You'll work across the whole stack — frontend, backend, database, deployment — directly with the founders, not three layers down.

This is a junior role and we'll treat it like one. Real ownership early, and real support while you earn it.

We're not looking for someone whose experience ends with tutorials, repositories or unfinished demos. We want someone who has taken something from an idea to a working product that other people actually use.

HOW THE FIRST TWO MONTHS WORK

On day one you get a written scorecard: what we're measuring and what "confirmed" looks like. We go through it with you every friday for 15 minutes, so nothing at the end of month two is a surprise.

You’ll get a paid Claude Code account and the same AI tooling we use ourselves. We expect you to use it to move fast — and we expect you to understand and defend every line it writes for you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Build features end to end — schema, API, frontend, deploy
• Ship AI features, and care about latency and cost
• Build authentication, billing, usage metering and admin screens
• Fix customer problems quickly and own the fix
• Ship weekly, not quarterly

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• You’ve built and deployed something that people other than your classmates have actually used — a live URL we can open today
• You built it because you wanted to, not because a course required it
• You kept going after it stopped being fun: you deployed it, someone reported a bug, you fixed it
• You’ve touched the whole stack — auth, database and deployment, not just a frontend on a template
• TypeScript with React/Next.js, and Node.js or Python/FastAPI
• Comfortable with PostgreSQL and basic data modelling
• You’ve built login and auth yourself at least once, even in a side project
• You’ve built something with an LLM API — even a small thing
• You use AI to move faster, and can still explain and defend every line you ship
• Curiosity, urgency and ownership — we notice these before we notice your CV

Internships, FYPs and course projects are fine to list. But the thing we’ll actually click on is whatever you built on your own.

• A 45-minute call — you walk us through your own code and add a small feature live
• A paid 48-hour build project, flat fee, paid whether we hire you or not
