About the Role

Think AI Works is looking for motivated interns to join our team and work on real‑world projects across full stack development and AI automation. You’ll be embedded with our engineering team, contributing to modern web applications, AI agents, intelligent workflows, and business automation systems built for real clients not simulated exercises.

This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced internship designed for people who want to learn by doing, with a clear path to a full‑time role based on performance.

What You’ll Work On

• Full stack web application development (frontend + backend)
• Building and deploying AI agents and automation pipelines
• Designing and integrating APIs and custom third‑party integrations
• Workflow automation for internal and client‑facing business processes
• Working with modern development tools, frameworks, and AI/LLM technologies

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior developers on live client projects
• Write clean, maintainable code across the stack
• Help design and implement AI‑driven automation solutions
• Debug, test, and iterate on features based on feedback
• Participate in team stand‑ups, planning sessions, and code reviews
• Document your work clearly for handoff and team visibility

Requirements

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript; any backend language such as Node.js, Python, or PHP is a plus)
• Familiarity with or strong interest in AI tools, APIs, and automation platforms (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain, Zapier, n8n, or similar)
• Understanding of REST APIs and basic integration concepts
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and willingness to learn quickly
• Good communication skills and ability to work on‑site with the team
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Computer Science / Software Engineering / related program (or equivalent self‑taught experience)
• Available for an on‑site internship in Karachi

Nice to Have

• Prior personal or academic projects involving AI agents or automation
• Experience with version control (Git/GitHub)
• Exposure to cloud platforms or deployment workflows
