Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related field.
• 0-1 years of relevant accounting/finance experience.
• Proficiency in accounting principles and financial procedures.
• Ability to work with MS Excel and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update books of accounts and financial records.
• Record transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
• Prepare and maintain vouchers, invoices, payment documents, and supporting records.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Perform bank, supplier, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and management reports.
• Assist in preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial statements.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and follow up where required.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and applicable laws and regulations.
• Perform other accounting and finance duties assigned by management.
