Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or final-year student in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Good working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and organisational skills.
• Willingness to learn accounting software and ERP systems.
• Responsible, dependable, and comfortable working with financial records.

Responsabilités

• Record daily financial transactions including payments, receipts, invoices, and expenses.
• Maintain updated books of accounts using accounting software.
• Organise financial documents, invoices, vouchers, and supporting records.
• Assist with bank reconciliations and verify financial entries.
• Support the Accounts team with basic financial reports and monthly closing.
• Identify discrepancies and coordinate corrections with the team.
