Responsibilities

Manage accounts payable in ERP, including invoice verification, payment processing, vendor coordination, and reconciliation.
Verify supporting documents, approve expense classification, and process withholding taxes before payments.
Maintain general ledger records and perform bank, vendor, and other account reconciliations.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing, including accruals and adjustments.
Manage fixed asset accounting, including capitalization, depreciation, transfers, disposals, and verification.
Monitor operating expenses and capital expenditure against budgets and report material variances.
Assist with internal and external audits and reviews.
Support financial controls and process improvements.
