Job description

Job Summary: A Junior Finance Executive is an associate at Creative Chaos who is mainly responsible for managing financial operations, developing financial strategies, and providing key insights to support informed decision-making. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, creative, and collaborative environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Review the monthly and quarterly tax statements.
  • Payroll preparation and submission of payroll taxes.
  • Coordination with other support departments on financial matters.
  • Review the daily accounting transactions.
  • General accounting and purchase ledger tasks
  • Update bank records and all bank accounts on a daily basis
  • Monitor bank transactions
  • Check the group inbox and voice messages
Requirements
  • Preferably MBA (Finance)/ ACCA (Part-Qualified) and related academics.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with taxation-related matters (corporate tax, withholding tax filling, sale tax, income tax)
  • Experience in petty cash handling (petty cash vouching verification) and monthly/Biweekly invoicing.
  • Coordination with tax advisors for the compliance of the tax notices.
  • Experience in managing accounts receivable and payable.
  • Treasury management SECP compliances
  • Knowledge of Quickbooks, Oracle, SAP, or similar ERPs will be a plus.
  • Provident Fund and Gratuity management.
  • Flexibility to work in the shift of 2 pm to 11 pm (hybrid work model).
