Job summary

Zameen Developments is hiring a junior architect in Lahore with 1–2 years of experience to assist in preparing architectural plans, presentations, and developing building proposals. You will coordinate with Structure, MEP, and Visualization teams.

Responsibilities include ensuring plans comply with local and international bylaws and best practices, researching engineering methods, and producing concept boards for feedback to reflect branding, architecture, colour, finish materials, and lighting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Architecture, Design, or a related field.
• PCATP registered.
• 1–2 years of experience, preferably in designing multi-story buildings.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring all plans are compliant with bylaws governmental & authority bylaws and local & international best practices & standards
• Researching and maintaining knowledge of various engineering disciplines, application methods, and materials
• Producing concept boards of images for feedback and approval from the management and clients, which capture the intended look and attitude and reflect branding and positioning with architecture, colour, finish materials, and lighting.
