Job summary

Zameen Developments in Lahore, Pakistan is seeking a junior architect with 1-2 years of experience to assist in preparing architectural plans and designs. You will coordinate with Structure, MEP, and Visualization teams to develop final building plans and compelling presentations.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Architecture, PCATP registration, and experience with multi-story designs. This is a full-time role requiring on-site collaboration in Lahore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Architecture, Design, or similar.
• PCATP registered.
• 1-2 years of experience, preferably in designing multi-story buildings.

Responsibilities

• Ensure plans comply with bylaws and local/international standards.
• Research engineering disciplines, methods, and materials.
• Produce concept boards for feedback and client approvals reflecting branding.

We are hiring for the position of junior architect 1 - 2 years of experience.

Purpose of the Job:

To help prepare architectural plans and designs, assisting in essential presentations, and helping develop and finalize building plans. Coordination with (Structure, MEP, Visualization Team).

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring all plans are compliant with bylaws governmental & authority bylaws and local & international best practices & standards
• Researching and maintaining knowledge of various engineering disciplines, application methods, and materials
• Producing concept boards of images for feedback and approval from the management and clients, which capture the intended look and attitude and that reflect branding and positioning with architecture, colour, finish materials, and lighting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Architecture, Design, or similar
  
• PCATP registered
• 1-2 years of experience (preferably in designing multi-story buildings)
