Job summary

Zameen Developments in Lahore seeks a junior architect with 1–2 years of experience to assist in preparing architectural plans, developing presentations, and helping finalize building designs. You will coordinate with Structure, MEP, and Visualization teams to ensure plans meet bylaws and standards, and to produce concept boards that reflect branding and design intent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Architecture or similar required.
• PCATP registered preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in designing multi-story buildings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring all plans are compliant with bylaws governmental & authority bylaws and local & international best practices & standards.
• Researching and maintaining knowledge of various engineering disciplines, application methods, and materials.
• Producing concept boards of images for feedback and approval from the management and clients, which capture the intended look and attitude and that reflect branding and positioning with architecture, colour, finish materials, and lighting.
