Objective:
•Ensure grit blasting, thermal spray and manual degreasing operations are performed in compliance with applicable procedures and documentation.
Authorities:
•Escalate any operational issues related to assigned operations to superiors.
•Perform the assigned operation
•Verify manufacturing operations related to grit blasting and thermal spray within manufacturing routers.
•Create, update, and maintain manufacturing logbooks along with relevant details.
•Maintain and update record sheets, tooling lists, daily/weekly maintenance checklists, and all other documentation required for sandblasting and coating operations.
Responsibilities:
•Maintain proper 5S standards in the work area.
•Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines.
•Understand process requirements based on customer specifications.
•Comprehend and follow process standards.
•Identify opportunities for process improvement.
•Recommend improvements to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
•Ensure machinery and equipment are properly maintained for safe and effective operation.
•Maintain tooling in good working condition.
Physical Demands:
•Keep the work area, equipment, and all documents/records audit-ready at all times.
•Participate in all mandatory training sessions related to assigned process.
•Identify areas for improvement within operations.
•Recommend initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.

Educational Qualifications:
•Diploma in Mechanical or Metallurgy Engineering.
