Journal Manager (Ethics And Global Politics)

The Journal Manager will be a partner with 40% of the total revenue for each issue. No monthly pay will be offered in this case. Online training will be provided to the selected candidates. The candidate must have a strong research interest with good computer skills. Candidates with publications in international journals will be preferred.

Candidate will be asked to perform the following tasks:

• Process administration and quality control to assess usability (for review purposes).
• Ensure completeness of metadata and e-files (including source files) of submitted and revised manuscripts.
• Make manuscripts available to Editor(s) and/or Reviewers.
• Assess usability (for production purposes) and prioritize handling of manuscripts according to the Service Level agreements set per journal.
• Maintain members' records online.
• Conduct keyword searching using search engines.
• Communicate by answering or forwarding queries from Authors and Editors to appropriate parties.
• Provide feedback on input quality of content and metadata and supplier performance to relevant parties.
