Job description

We are looking for technically skilled candidates with good problem-solving abilities for the position of IT Support Technician.

The duties include being a point of contact for all IT related questions at the user level, responding to user needs in a timely manner, and ensuring the optimal running of all systems, among other duties.

Job Specification

• Install, configure, and support workstation software, hardware, printers, and phones
• Knowledge of Windows Server (ADDS, DNS, DHCP, Terminal, File Server)
• Knowledge of Linux operating systems
• Routing and switching
• Must have Concept of IPV4 Networks and Network Topologies
• Hands on experience with windows installation and troubleshooting,
• Hands on experience in network cabling and connector.
• Good to have knowledge of Microsoft office365 and Pbx phone system and IP CCTV Cameras
