Job description

HRSI is looking for IT Project Manager for one its leading client.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for IT infrastructure and ERP implementation.
• Manage restaurant POS systems, network infrastructure, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Oversee ERP system deployment, customization, and integration with other business applications.
• Ensure seamless integration between IT systems, kitchen display systems, inventory management, and financial applications.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while tracking project progress.
• Coordinate with IT vendors, consultants, and internal teams for effective project execution.
• Implement IT security policies, ensuring data protection and compliance.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support for IT operations.
• Train staff and end-users on ERP and IT systems usage.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Proven experience managing ERP implementations (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
• Strong background in IT infrastructure, cloud computing, networking, and cybersecurity.
• Knowledge of restaurant POS systems, supply chain management, and inventory control systems.
• Familiarity with SQL databases, API integrations, and reporting tools.
• Experience managing multi-location restaurant IT environments is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. PMP, ITIL, or related certifications are an added advantage.
