The ideal candidate should have a strong track record of generating leads through platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, or direct outreach.

Responsibilities:


Identify and engage potential clients for web and software development services.
Generate leads from freelance platforms (Upwork, Fiverr), social media, and direct outreach.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure long-term business growth.
Effectively communicate project requirements and negotiate deals.
Collaborate with the development team to align client needs with service offerings.


Requirements:


1-2 years of experience in lead generation, business development, or sales in the IT sector.
Strong knowledge of freelance platforms (Upwork, Fiverr), LinkedIn outreach, and cold emailing.
