Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Investment Advisor role based in Peshawar. The Investment Advisor will guide clients on suitable real estate investment opportunities across IMARAT’s project portfolio, aligning recommendations with clients’ financial goals and risk profiles. Responsibilities include conducting financial assessments, developing tailored investment strategies, preparing proposals, and presenting investment options in a clear and professional manner. The role involves regular client meetings, follow-ups, and maintaining long-term relationships through responsive customer service and ongoing portfolio reviews. The Investment Advisor will also collaborate with sales and finance teams, stay updated on market trends, and contribute to achieving organizational revenue and growth targets.

• Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Investments and Investment Strategies to recommend and manage real estate investment options effectively.

• Relevant academic background in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications in investment or financial advisory are an advantage.
