Job summary

Growatt New Energy is seeking a hands-on Electronics PCB repair technician in Lahore to inspect and repair inverter PCBs, perform fault diagnostics, and ensure functional post-repair testing before returning units to service.

The role requires practical experience with soldering, testing, and component replacement, using standard repair procedures and tools to maintain high reliability.

Qualifications

• Technical school, college diploma, or equivalent in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and repair inverter PCB boards; detect faults, replace components, solder, and test.
• Use multimeters, oscilloscopes, soldering irons, and other tools to troubleshoot PCB faults.
• Repair common PCB issues such as damaged components, short/open circuits, and poor soldering.
• Conduct functional testing and quality checks after repair to ensure PCB works before service.
• Record repair details and manage repair tools, spare parts, and components.
• Follow standard repair procedures to complete daily repair tasks.

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the inspection and repair of inverter PCB boards, including fault detection, component replacement, soldering, and functional testing.
2. Use multimeters, oscilloscopes, soldering irons, and other tools to identify and troubleshoot PCB faults.
3. Repair common PCB issues such as damaged components, short circuits, open circuits, and poor soldering.
4. Conduct functional testing and quality checks after repair to ensure the PCB works properly before returning to service.
5. Record repair details and fault information, and properly manage repair tools, spare parts, and electronic components.
6. Follow technical instructions and standard repair procedures to complete daily repair tasks efficiently and accurately.

Job Requirements

1. Technical school, college diploma, or equivalent experience in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or a related field.
2. PCB repair or electronic equipment repair experience is preferred. Experience with inverters, power supplies, or other power electronic products is an advantage.
3. Familiar with common electronic components and basic PCB circuit principles.
4. Able to use multimeters, oscilloscopes, soldering irons, and other electronic repair tools.
5. Good hands-on skills in soldering, component replacement, PCB testing, and troubleshooting.
6. Careful, responsible, and willing to perform hands-on repair work. Good teamwork and communication skills.
