International Accounts Payable Specialist

Job Type: Full-Time | Fully Onsite

Shift Timing: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced International Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong Accounts Payable experience, excellent English communication skills, and hands-on experience working with international clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and verify vendor invoices
• Handle vendor reconciliation and resolve discrepancies
• Process and track vendor payments
• Perform month-end closing activities
• Maintain accurate AP records and documentation
• Use QuickBooks for accounting and AP-related tasks
• Communicate with international vendors and clients through calls and emails
• Handle inbound and outbound international calls
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve payment and invoice-related issues

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant Accounts Payable experience
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks
• Strong knowledge of invoicing, vendor reconciliation, and payments
• Experience with month-end closing
• Relevant experience in the Healthcare industry/department is preferred
• Experience handling international inbound and outbound calls
• American or neutral English accent will be preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
