Contour Software Pvt Ltd, a global CSI-backed technology group, seeks an intermediate Salesforce professional to support and expand Salesforce across the business. You will work with stakeholders to understand needs, evaluate capabilities, and deliver scalable solutions while reducing reliance on external consultants.

The role is based in Contour Software Karachi/Lahore/Islamabad resource centers, extending the R&D arm of the division.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce administration and development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, data modeling, security and architecture.
• Experience with Apex, SOQL, LWC, and Salesforce Flow.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with REST/SOAP APIs and external systems.
• Understanding of deployment, source control, testing and release practices.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

The Division

Ariane Systems is the world leader in providing self-check-in and out solutions for the hotel industry with more than 3,000 installations. They enable Mobile and Kiosk self-service solutions, including all required hardware, consultancy and support for services that integrate to the hotels PMS, keycard system and secure card payment. All self-service solutions from Ariane are cloud based.

About the Role

We are looking for an intermediate Salesforce professional to support and expand our use of Salesforce across the business. This role will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, evaluate Salesforce capabilities, and deliver scalable solutions while reducing our reliance on external consultants. The ideal candidate combines strong hands‑on Salesforce technical skills with a good understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into practical solutions. The chosen individual will work out of the Contour Software Karachi/Lahore/Islamabad resource center office, as an extension of the division‑based R&D department.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Development and Administration

• Develop, configure, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and standard platform capabilities.

• Manage Salesforce security, user access, data models, automation, reports, and dashboards.

• Design and implement API integrations between Salesforce, billing platforms, customer support tools, survey systems, and internal software products.

• Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements, identify improvement opportunities, and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

• Contribute to Salesforce CPQ migration, billing modernization, dynamic invoicing, and integration initiatives.

• Manage enhancements and projects end to end, including development, testing, deployment, documentation, and production support.

• Evaluate new Salesforce capabilities and recommend solutions that improve business processes and reduce reliance on external consultants.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of hands‑on experience with Salesforce administration and development.

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, data modeling, security, and platform architecture fundamentals.

• Practical experience with Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flow.

• Experience developing and consuming REST/SOAP APIs and integrating Salesforce with external systems.

• Understanding of Salesforce deployment practices, source control, testing, and release management.

• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.

• Good communication skills and the ability to work directly with business and technical stakeholders.

• A proactive mindset, with the ability to manage multiple enhancements and contribute to a growing project pipeline.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce CPQ and familiarity with its end‑of‑life transition and migration considerations.

• Exposure to Salesforce Revenue Cloud or revenue lifecycle management solutions.

• Experience with billing, invoicing, subscription management, or financial process automation.

• Experience integrating Salesforce with SaaS products or internal enterprise applications.

• Salesforce Platform Developer I and/or Administrator certifications.
