Responsibilities:

  1. Receive and address all types of complaints related to insurance promptly and effectively.
  2. Manage and complete all claim paperwork for pay-and-claim insured farmers efficiently.
  3. Identify potential clients through leads and referrals to expand our client base.
  4. Schedule client meetings to discuss insurance needs and provide appropriate guidance.
  5. Conduct follow-up calls with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  6. Advise clients on suitable insurance coverage options based on their needs and circumstances.
  7. Perform periodic policy reviews to ensure clients have adequate coverage and update policies as necessary.
  8. Prepare comprehensive insurance proposals tailored to individual client requirements.
  9. Complete necessary documentation and submit to underwriters for approval.
Job Specification

Requirements:
