Role Description

The Insurance Agent role at STATE LIFE is a full-time, hybrid position based in Karachi, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Insurance Agent will meet with prospective and existing clients to understand their financial goals and recommend suitable life insurance plans. Daily activities include presenting product options, preparing quotations, handling policy applications, and following up on leads. The role involves maintaining ongoing relationships with policyholders, responding to inquiries, and providing high-quality customer service. The Insurance Agent will also collaborate with team members, participate in trainings, and stay informed about company products and industry developments.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Insurance Sales and Insurance skills, with the ability to match products to client needs and close policies ethically.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Insurance Brokerage and Finance to explain coverage, premiums, and long-term financial implications clearly.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, including active listening, clear communication, and professional client support.
• Candidates should possess skills in relationship building, negotiation, and basic computer literacy (CRM or sales tracking tools).
