• Formulate quality initiatives for units and present them under faculty guidance.
• Contribute to patient complaint reviews and case review/root cause analysis.

The Department of Paediatrics and Child Health is committed to providing state-of-the-art clinical services to children. Besides the outpatient clinics, the inpatient set-up consists of a paediatric ward with two units comprising of 84 beds, a state of art Neonatal Intensive care unit with latest equipment and protocols in place and a capacity of 24 high acuity beds with one is to one staffing along with 10 bedded level 2 care monitored cots. The Neonatal section offers a 2 year Neonatal fellowship training and is one the oldest and established fellowship program with 6 fellows. In addition to care for sick babies, the section also provides services along with Pediatric consultants to the Well baby in the post-natal wards.

• teach and train undergraduates and postgraduates according to the defined standards and curriculum
• formulate quality initiatives for the units and present them at various platforms under the guidance of faculty members
• contribute to patient complaint reviews and case review system / root cause analysis
• participate in the General Paediatrics and other departmental and organizational performance improvement activities.

Requirements:

You should have:
